Yes there is an upgrade, and you pay only the difference.
Go to SkyBox Studio V2 product page.
Choose “Upgrade” instead of “Full License” from the pulldown option. You need to enter your SkyBox License key and email address that you registered with to qualify for upgrade pricing.
